At Skins and Needles we have many years combined experience of creating artwork and designing tattoos.

Our team is proficient at all styles but also have their own areas of interest that they excel at.
Please view the examples of their work in the galleries to get a feel for their style.

We have a selection of designs available in studio but can also work with customers own design ideas to create a custom piece based on what the customer likes and what will work best.

Our hourly tattoo rate is £70 per hour. We don't do a day rate or fixed price. Everything is charged on time. We only charge for tattooing and not long breaks.

Nothing is booked via email or the phone. You will need to come in with a deposit to book.

We will need to get a clear direction of what we are doing. Therefore It will help if you have a definite idea of what you like or want when it comes to booking in.

You are welcome to pop in just to look at our flash designs on the wall and see if anything catches your fancy.

We primarily take appointments but have walk-ins available when there is space in the diary. Call from 9am Tues-Sat to see if we have any walk-in space available that day. 0116 278 3700.

Walk-ins are generally for simple work. Complex designs and sleeves usually need to be booked in.

All our artists are professional and are concerned with doing the best professional work they can. We are not the cheapest but always try to be fair and work out a design to meet the customers budget.

Our intention is to be the most professional we can and provide you with quality work above and beyond.

Our artists all work differently in terms of time, style, shading, detail and the way they like to consult and prepare work.

Otherwise we will just book you with who is available or who you talk to when you come in.

Once you have talked to an artist in person and we have agreed on a plan we can take a deposit and book you an appointment.

We also offer a piercing service by appointment in our clean and hygienic studio. Please call for more information.
